This prompt up will show up whenever you (a retailer) enter a customers number into a sale. This is to encourage them to follow your location on the PETZ app! Followers of a store receive a special followers promotion coupon that you set during onboarding and they will have access to the various store promotions you choose to run. If they are not following, have them download the app and scan your POP QR Code to take advantage of all of the savings!
